There are a few things that I LOVE about the summer, living out on a "farm".

1) Family... I love the fact that My Dad and Mom is a stones throw from my house.
2)The Garden... Oh... My... Gosh... I love fresh out of the garden veggies... tomatoes, squash, corn, ocra, (I can live without the collards) beans, peas, bell peppers... the list goes on and on and on...

More Random happenings...

So I take a ride to Summerville the other day and when I get home to find this...
It seems that Gracie my oldest daughter was playing with sidewalk chalk and drew pictures of everyone (plus one*grin*)




I think that's supposed to say "camera"... *grin* I gots tha best kids in the world.




A little bit later that afternoon the Local VFD came riding around with Old Saint Nick throwing out candy...









I tried to get a few images of the kids with candy but the flippin disappeared!!


So.. no big deal.. Anyway so we had a session that we had to postpone a day due to the weather, so I figured I'd get caught up on some office work.
I'm in there about an hour and Rachel comes in the office and says "You GOTTA come see this... Bring your cam!"
So I grab the cam and roll on... As I get to the kitchen, this what I found...

They look like two of the most LOVING children in the world right?!
I love em... aww...











I just had to take few shot of the tree and some of the stuff hanging on it!
I'm trying to convince Rachel that next year we need to get a white tree with Silver, red and green balls hanging off of it... She says no way!
I'll get my way... I always do! After all... she said the new one in the oven will NOT be named Jack. Guess what? yea... We are trying to find a middle name that goes with Jack. :-)
